The World Cup of Wrestling is an annual professional wrestling tournament organized by American professional wrestling promotion WWE. The tournament was originally held in 2016 with several three-man teams represented different countries or regions of the world, but a 2017 shake up saw 8-man qualifying tournaments from 16 different countries to qualify for the final tournament.
The inaugural tournament will take place from July 1 to July 3, 2016. From 2017 onwards the qualifying took place from May to July with the final tournament being held from Friday to Sunday following the first pay-per-view of July.
