The main show kicked off with a tornado tag team match for the WWF Tag Team Championship, it was between defending champions The Reapers and The APA who had been in a feud since SummerSlam (2001) the teams had already had three match of the year contenders in the first six weeks of 2002. This match topped all of them which included James Harrison performing five suicide dives and a further two from The Undertaker. Bradshaw was sent through the announce table and all four barricade corners were demolished as Harrison speared Farooq and Bradshaw through two each. The match ended after Harrison hit Farooq with a Curb Stomp and threw him out of the ring before he and The Undertaker performed a spike Tombstone Piledriver on Bradshaw and The Undertaker pinned Bradshaw for the win.
