Impact Wrestling is a privately held American professional wrestling promotion based in Nashville, Tennessee and founded by Anthem Sports & Entertainment in 2017. It is the second-largest professional wrestling promotion in the United States after WWE, and is controlled as a subsidiary of the New York and Toronto-based integrated media organization Anthem Sports & Entertainment.
The company was formed after Total Nonstop Action Wrestling was bought out by the WWE in late 2016.
